• M - F, 8:30 am - 5 pm
• 20 - 25 patients per day, all ages
• Family practice NP -- outpatient setting
• Primary care, same-day physicals, and pre-op clearance required
• Chronic care management and vaccinations required
• Same-day sick visits required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
