What You'll Be Doing:As a Server / Waitress / Waiter at Cleveland Draft House - Clayton, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery to tables.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about our offerings.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
- Handling guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and care.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (server, waitress, or waiter).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
