Now Hiring Physical Therapists for the 2026-2027 School Year! | $56–$70/hr | California-Based | Full-Time, SHORT TERM SPG Therapy & Education is a specialized pediatric group looking for talented, energetic and creative Physical Therapists to join us! What We’re Looking For: Hold (or are eligible for) a valid California Physical Therapy license Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings Possess strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with caregivers and professionals Committed to continuous learning professional development What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver direct physical therapy services and consultation for children in school or pediatric settings Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments observations, and interviews Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals Collaborate with educators, families and team members to support student outcomes Participate in equipment/assistive technology evaluation and trainings Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member Engage in ongoing professional development, mentorship and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) Benefits Include: Medical, dental and vision coverage 401K with company match Student loan pay-down assistance Paid sick days/ mental health/ wellness days Opportunity for school-based calendar, summer off!
