Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Mississippi or compact eligibility
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
• Adherence to facility registry personnel requirements, including wearing a visible photo badge at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a high-need or underserved clinical setting
• Strong documentation and time management skills
