HIGH-PAY DAY-SHIFT CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGIST CONTRACT – WASHINGTON HEALTH SYSTEM

First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel contract opening for an experienced Cardiovascular Technologist (CV Tech) in Mount Vernon, Washington. Operating within an acute care regional hospital setting, this lucrative position features a structured 4x10 daytime schedule (07:30 AM - 18:00 PM / 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM). First-time travelers, local candidates, and travel pairs are all welcome! PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

• Weekly Gross: $3,406.00
• Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00
• Hourly W2 Rate: $54.00/hr (40 regular hours)
• Overtime Rate: $40.50/hr

SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

• Schedule: Day shifts, 4x10-Hours (07:30 AM - 18:00 PM / 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM). Must have flexibility to stay late as needed to finish in-progress cardiac/interventional cases. (Block scheduling open to discussion during interview) .
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
• Weekend Requirements: Rotation every 3rd weekend.
• Floating Requirements: NO FLOATING REQUIRED!
• On-Call Requirements: Standby call is required. On-call rate is $4.00/hr ($10.00/hr call-back add-on).
• Clinical Scope & Responsibilities: Operates hemodynamics and imaging equipment, assists interventional cardiologists/radiologists during cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures, monitors patient hemodynamic parameters, and maintains sterile scrub field.
• EMR Charting System: Epic EMR.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical CV / Cath Lab Technologist experience is required. First-time travelers accepted!
• Licensure: Active Washington State License (pending WA license accepted at submittal; must be active in hand prior to start date) .
• Certifications Required: * RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) OR RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) OR ARRT

  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)

Holiday RTO Restriction: No Requested Time Off (RTO) will be approved for Christmas.
