About the hiring company We’re hiring a Senior AI Data Scientist to design, evaluate, and optimize AI-powered applications built on large language models. You’ll work closely with the founding team to develop intelligent workflows, experiment with emerging AI techniques, and translate complex business challenges into practical AI solutions. About the role We’re hiring a Front-end Developer to build and maintain high-quality marketing websites and landing pages that support the company’s growth. You’ll work closely with designers and marketers to transform high-fidelity designs into fast, responsive, and accessible user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating visually refined websites, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in writing clean, scalable front-end code. Responsibilities Design, evaluate, and optimize LLM-powered applications and AI workflows. Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model quality and system performance. Improve AI outputs through prompt engineering, context optimization, and experimentation. Build AI solutions that automate business processes and decision-making. Research and test emerging AI techniques to identify new product opportunities. Analyze data to improve model performance and user outcomes. Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product teams. Present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI. Strong experience building applications powered by large language models. Excellent Python programming and data analysis skills. Experience evaluating AI systems using quantitative metrics.Strong understanding of prompt engineering and modern AI workflows. Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders. Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is a plus. Experience in fintech, financial services, or investment technology. Familiarity with AI agents and multi-agent systems. Experience with model deployment and MLOps.
