They will also educate the patient, circulating nurse, and/or scrub nurse, and may serve as RN first assistant or operating room director. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of current work experience in an OR setting. Utah State healthcare provider license or willingness to obtain one. Certifications: BLS, ACLS.
