Job Summary Front of House Lead Supervisor – Thomas Hospital, Fairhope, AL. Full time, Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Online applications only. Responsibilities Monitor food service operations to ensure high quality production and excellent service. Perform inventory management to maintain valuations and minimize waste. Ensure staff is on task, meet quality assurance standards, and maintain a clean, organized operation. Monitor marketing materials and verify signage accuracy. Uphold policies and procedures for compliance with company and client expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications One to two years of food service experience. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
