Assistant Kitchen Manager

At Lucky's Last Chance we take great pride in our award-winning food menu. We are looking for the right person who can be a phenomenal leader and help us continue to provide our guests with a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Someone who can set the tone for the rest of staff by demonstrating speed and precise execution while maintaining quality of service as our top priority. We are looking for someone who is charismatic, personable, and wants to not only help us grow but grow with us. Operations must run smoothly, and we must accomplish this while creating a fun and friendly work environment. At the end of the day, it must be fun for everyone. Our culture will continue to be what separates us from the pack, and this must remain our most cherished quality. The position requires a positive attitude, professional demeanor, solid communication, and most importantly attention to detail.
