About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support our team in Sartell, MN. In this part-time role, you will work closely with our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your expertise and attention to detail will help clients learn and generalize new skills, leading to improved functioning and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration

• Maintain accurate records and documents, adhering to HIPAA guidelines

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, human services)

• Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician training program or proof of registration with a certifying organization (e.g., RBT, BCaBA)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized services to children with ASD
