Program Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-time Overview A leading healthcare services organisation is seeking a Program Administration Records Coordinator to support healthcare and medical services programmes through accurate documentation management, records coordination, and administrative support. This role is responsible for maintaining confidential client records, processing referrals and authorisations, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring healthcare teams have accurate and timely information to deliver quality care. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate client and programme records in accordance with healthcare standards and organisational policies. Process referrals, authorisations, and administrative documentation to support service delivery. Manage electronic health record systems and ensure information is entered accurately and securely. Coordinate documentation workflows between clinical teams, care providers, and administrative departments. Perform data entry, filing, record retrieval, and document organisation activities. Prepare reports and maintain tracking information for programme operations. Support internal audits by ensuring records are complete, accurate, and compliant. Handle confidential client information in line with HIPAA regulations and privacy requirements. Assist with administrative processes that improve programme efficiency and service quality. Requirements Experience in healthcare administration, records coordination, medical services, or a related administrative role. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred. Understanding of confidentiality requirements and healthcare compliance standards. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
