NBS Implementation Project Manager

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in bringing advanced newborn screening solutions into laboratories worldwide, enabling earlier detection of life-threatening conditions and supporting better outcomes for babies and their families.In this customer-facing role, you will manage the implementation of cutting-edge newborn screening systems from order placement through installation, validation, customer acceptance, and post-go-live support. Working closely with laboratory leaders, clinical scientists, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure customers successfully adopt solutions that support high-quality, reliable, and compliant newborn screening programmes.You will be the driving force behind each implementation, coordinating technical, operational, and customer activities to deliver a seamless experience and help laboratories transition confidently to new technologies.
