Job Details Certifications: Masters degree from an accredited occupational therapy school and licensure in the state of Iowa. Education Requirements: Accredited occupational therapy degree. Location Requirements: Iowa licensure required. Years of Experience: 0-1 year. Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Notes: Will be floating from Adult Recovery Unit (ARU) to Medical/Surgical (MS) units to cover evaluations and treatments as needed. This position involves working with geriatric and adult patients with general diagnoses. Responsibilities include providing occupational therapy assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to support patient recovery.
