Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and recognize abnormal findings promptly.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and clinical activities thoroughly in electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to safety protocols, infection control policies, and facility regulations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Ohio or compact state nursing license at time of application.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent PERMANENT Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores.
  
  
• 
  Be certified in BLS and ACLS at the time of submission.
  
  
• 
  Provide at least one recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months.
