Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

We're partnering with a well-established organization seeking a detail-oriented Data Clerk who enjoys working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with businesses by phone and email.

What You'll Do

• Contact businesses by phone and email to collect employee headcount information.
• Record and maintain accurate data in Microsoft Excel.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up as needed to meet reporting deadlines.
• Work with internal team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Excellent phone and email communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma required; some college or an AA/AS degree is a plus.

Work Environment

• Professional office setting.
• Primarily computer-based work with frequent phone and email communication.
• Opportunity for overtime during busy reporting periods.
