This role is accountable for driving measurable business outcomes through scalable, governed AI agents, operating across Wealth, Corporate, and Institutional Banking.This role requires strong product judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to balance innovation with regulatory discipline in a large financial institution.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & OwnershipDefine and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for agentic AI capabilities within WCIBIdentify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities where AI agents can orchestrate multi‑step workflows and decisioningEstablish clear product outcomes and OKRs aligned to WCIB and enterprise AI strategyEnd‑to‑End Product Lifecycle LeadershipLead product discovery, delivery, launch, and optimization for complex, cross‑LOB agentic use casesTranslate complex business and operational needs into scalable, production‑ready product solutionsDrive outcome‑based prioritization across features, capabilities, and technical investmentsAgentic AI & Workflow TransformationDesign agent‑enabled workflows with clear task boundaries, decision rights, and human‑in‑the‑loop controlsEnsure agentic solutions are reusable, auditable, explainable, and production‑gradeAdvocate for platform‑oriented capabilities versus fragmented or one‑off solutionsGovernance & Cross‑Functional LeadershipPartner closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and the Enterprise AI CoE to ensure compliant deliveryEnsure all use cases meet enterprise AI governance, model risk, data, and security requirementsServe as a point of escalation for product trade‑offs and delivery risksStakeholder & Adoption LeadershipAct as the single accountable product owner for assigned agentic AI capabilitiesInfluence WCIB leaders and frontline teams to drive adoption and sustained value realizationCommunicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadershipBasic QualificationsProduct Management experiencePreferred Skills/ExperienceBachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience5+ years of Product Management experience owning end‑to‑end deliveryDemonstrated ability to lead products in complex, regulated environmentsStrong experience defining roadmaps, OKRs, and outcome‑based prioritizationExcellent stakeholder, communication, and decision‑making skillsExperience delivering AI‑enabled, automation‑first, or workflow transformation productsFamiliarity with agentic AI concepts such as orchestration, task planning, and human‑in‑the‑loop designFinancial services, operations, or enterprise platform experienceProven ability to scale products beyond pilot into sustained production useThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
