• High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service or HR administrative experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. PHR or SHRM-CP. Knowledge of employment laws/compliance. Experience in: Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Industrial Construction and/or Nuclear Industries.

Physical Requirements Work will be in a general office environment with occasional work in an industrial location. Employees will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting. May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
