We are looking for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized facilities while delivering dependable, high-quality work every shift.If you are reliable, motivated, and enjoy seeing the results of your work each day, we'd love to speak with you.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine commercial cleaning throughout the facilitySweep, mop, and maintain production and common areasOperate automatic floor scrubbers and other floor care equipmentEmpty trash and replace linersClean restrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areasWipe and disinfect high-touch surfacesMaintain entrances, hallways, and walkwaysFollow all facility safety procedures and company cleaning standardsReport maintenance concerns or supply needs to managementComplete assigned tasks independently while maintaining quality expectationsQualificationsPrevious commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferredExperience operating floor scrubbers or floor care equipment is a plusValid driver's license requiredReliable transportation requiredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detailDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shiftWhy Join Clean Team?At Clean Team, we believe great employees build great customer relationships.
