The facility operates as a comprehensive medical home delivering primary physical and mental health and wellness services to patients across all ages. Services are planned and delivered by a coordinated clinical team and include primary medical care for adults and children, primary dental care, vision care, mental and behavioral health assessment and counseling, prescriptions, health screenings, and health education. The facility maintains established clinical workflows to support consistent and coordinated outpatient care delivery throughout the assignment period.

Atlanta, Georgia offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural, historical, and outdoor experiences suited to varied interests. Notable destinations include the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca-Cola, and the Atlanta Botanical Garden. The city's 22-mile Beltline trail connects parks and neighborhoods while featuring public art installations, and Stone Mountain Park provides recreational activities alongside historical exhibits. Guided tours, museums, and immersive experiences are available to accommodate a variety of interests and schedules.

Clinicians will provide day shift, outpatient clinic-based primary care services to homeless and underserved patients of all ages on a full-time basis. The expected caseload is 16 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions within a public service clinic environment. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
