Performance Media Buyer - Facebook/Tiktok

Impact Scale LLC is seeking a data-driven, conversion-obsessed Performance Facebook/TikTok Media Buyer to take complete ownership of the planning, execution, and optimization of our high-volume paid acquisition campaigns. In this role, you will manage heavy ad spend across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, deploying scalable capital into high-converting consumer funnels. This is not a passive brand-awareness role—it is a pure direct-response media buying position where margin and scale matter. You will sit at the center of media operations, partnering directly with our creative team to rapidly test ad concepts, analyze creative performance data, and continuously outpace target KPIs. Key Responsibilities Media Buying & High-Velocity Campaign Management Paid Media Execution: Plan, launch, and engineer end-to-end TikTok and Facebook advertising campaigns with rigorous daily performance optimizations. Capital Discipline: Monitor and control active ad budgets, pacing structures, and real-time efficiency metrics to reliably hit strict Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets. Testing & Experimentation: Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives, hook angles, custom/lookalike audiences, ad placements, and algorithmic bidding strategies. Full-Funnel Architecture: Develop full-funnel paid social strategies mapped precisely to unique brand goals, customer vertical paths, and landing page flows. Creative Collaboration & Hook Ideation Asset Briefing: Partner directly with content creators, User Generated Content (UGC) partners, and internal graphic designers to ideate, draft, and brief winning ad creatives. Creative Performance Auditing: Dissect performance data per asset (e.g., thumb-stop rates, hold rates, outbound CTR) to isolate exactly what converts, driving rapid creative iterations and future visual direction. Attribution, Analytics & Executive Reporting Data Diagnostics: Constantly track and analyze core performance metrics, specifically Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Mille (CPM), ROAS, and Lifetime Value (LTV). Attribution Engineering: Leverage modern analytics tools, including Meta Pixel/Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, and custom UTM parameters to execute precise cross-channel attribution. Performance Reporting: Build transparent performance dashboards and present actionable data-backed insights, optimization paths, and volume trends to executive stakeholders. Innovation & Network Upkeep Algorithm Adaptation: Maintain expert, up-to-the-minute knowledge of ad network policy shifts, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats. Beta Features Tracking: Continually test fresh platform trends, placement variations, and beta features to secure immediate first-mover scaling advantages. Qualifications & Skills Experience Level: 2–4+ years of professional direct-response media buying experience, explicitly managing paid campaigns across both TikTok and Facebook/Meta platforms. Budget Tracking: Proven track record managing five-figure monthly ad spend budgets ($10,000+/mo minimum) while maintaining measurable, high-margin ROI. Platform Mastery: Expert-level command of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager infrastructure. Analytical Engine: Exceptional data interpretation skills with the capability to pull raw dashboard metrics and rapidly transform them into campaign updates. Creative Literacy: Strong baseline understanding of direct-response creative psychology, Hook/Story/Offer frameworks, and the mechanics of viral UGC. Core Attributes: Highly organized under high-velocity conditions, a strong execution bias, high personal accountability, and an eagerness to climb within an elite team structure.
