About the role

Skilled operator that is trained to operate and trouble shoot all equipment in their line/area. Operates under supervision from the Team Captain but reports into the TRM.

C Shift - Fri-Sun - Thu-Sun - 4:00am-4:30pm

Your responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform minor maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, conduct safety observations, and participate in EHS programs and audits.
• Execute manufacturing processes per SOPs, including material preparation, batching, and in-process quality checks.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch data, test results, and equipment logs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, complete equipment changeovers, and report issues or discrepancies promptly.

The experience we're looking for

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment operating industrial equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Background in completing batch records, production logs, and quality documentation accurately.
• Experience with material handling, batching processes, and monitoring production conditions.
• Proven ability to work in team-based environments and support training of new or temporary operators.

The skills for success

• Experience operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to maintain consistent production performance.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols including PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and EHS practices.
• Strong ability to complete batch records and production documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with material handling, batching processes, and monitoring process parameters (temperature, pressure, etc.).
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience training new operators and using electronic systems for data entry and reporting.
