Job DescriptionRegistered Dental Hygienist – Friendly Private Practice | Downtown Menlo Park
We're a patient-focused dental practice located in the heart of downtown Menlo Park, and we’re looking for a warm, reliable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our welcoming team. If you’re passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Provide thorough and gentle dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
- Take digital x-rays and update patient records accurately
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
- Work closely with our doctors and front office team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful clinical space
What We’re Looking For:
- Current California RDH license
- Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
- Familiarity with modern dental technologies and digital charting (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental a plus)
- Reliable and team-oriented

Salary Rangefull-time $70 - $75 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
- Yearly team bonus upon contributing to a team effort
Benefits- Paid time off
- Work Hours: Monday: 9am - 6pm, Tuesday, Wed: 8am - 5pm; Thursday; Friday: as needed.
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
Requirements- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Driver’s license
- Licensed dental hygienist
- Local Anesthesia Certification
- X-ray / Radiography Certification
