Direct message the job poster from United Software Group Inc Business Head || at USG infotech Pvt Ltd Position Title: ServiceNow Technology Engineer Provide locations/flexible work by preference: In order of preference: Pittsburgh, PA Birmingham, AL Phoenix, AZ Independent Visa Holders only—NO Visa sponsorship Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote REQUIRED Days of the week: Monday-Friday OT: No Travel: No Intended length of Assignment: Through EOY Function of the Group: Manages ServiceNow as a whole Initiatives/Projects: Migrating to new experience of ServiceNow Industry background: ServiceNow background, Prior Banking Roles and Responsibilities: Perform design tasks and develop components of application and technical architecture Develop test cases and data Execute tests for the application or technical architecture components, work with other programmers, designers, and architects to meet application requirements and performance goals, participate in code reviews, inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project, fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing, document the application to facilitate maintenance. Assist with selecting appropriate platforms, integrate and configure solutions. Develop software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; align these with business strategies and objectives. May provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff. Provide systematic analysis on client requirements within the traceability framework and resolve any functional problems encountered. Ensure quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes. Must Have Technical Skills: Level 3 – 8 years+ preferred by HM - Experience in ITOM & Discovery, including Configuration into CMDB, Custom Probes & Sensors, MID Server Configurations, IP Range Creation, Service Mapping, Service Gap Connectors Experience in Service Graph & Mapping, including Service Mapping Implementation, CI Relationship Management Experience in Configuration of ITBM, HRSD, CSM; Creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI & Data Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Access Control Lists Experience in Integration & Automation, including ServiceNow Integration with Salesforce, WorkDay, Ping, CyberArk, HAM, SAM, Azure, Dynatrace, Splunk Design & Implementation of Performance Analytics Dashboards and Reports Experience with ITSM processes: Change, Incident, Demand, Portfolio, Knowledge, Problem management Experience with Migration & Upgrade: ServiceNow version upgrade, use of ATF, Update set migration between lower environment instances Experience with Service Portal, Employee Centre, Employee Centre Pro, Service Catalog Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Agile Development Demand Management Resource Management Cost Management Test Management Investment Funding Education/Certifications: ServiceNow System Administration Certified preferred, degree not required.
