LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

We are looking for a FTL and LTL L ogistics Coordinator to act as the central nervous system of our supply chain. You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of materials between our vendors and customers. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics across all company locations, ensuring a seamless flow of goods
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and vendors while aligning with internal production schedules
• Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive status updates to operations and customers
• Generate and audit all shipping paperwork, including BOLs, packing slips, and invoices, to ensure total compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related delays or issues, solving problems before they impact the customer
• Maintain meticulous logs within our ERP system and assist in optimizing transportation routes for maximum efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain (Brokerage background is a major plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience with ERP systems (ADP or similar) is preferred.
• A high level of accountability, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
