Machine Operator- Bolingbrook IL

Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Shift:
Shift A: 3AM-3PM OR 3PM-3AM Sunday-Tuesday Alternating Wednesday
Shift B: 3AM-3PM OR 3PM-3AM Thursday-Saturday Alternating Wednesday
Pay:
Shift A: $20/hour (Temp-to-hire & Incentives)
Shift B: $20/hour (Temp-to-hire & Incentives)
Job Duties

Set up and operate MSD Inserter equipment according to production specifications.
Load and stage envelopes, inserts, printed materials, and production supplies.
Monitor machine operation, make adjustments, and maintain production and quality standards.
Perform basic troubleshooting and clear machine jams or equipment issues.
Sort, inspect, and remove defective, damaged, or incorrect materials from the production line.
Stack, bundle, organize, and stage materials for further processing or shipping.
Operate OMR, 2D, and barcode systems while following IMb and USPS mail preparation requirements.
Complete production logs and changeover documentation

Requirements

Previous MSD Inserter or similar machine operating experience preferred.
Direct mail, printing, bindery, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 25–50 lbs., maintain reliable attendance, and work effectively with a team.
