• Establish clear goals, allocate resources, and implement effective controls to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), standards, budgets, and operational targets.
• Support operational excellence by ensuring adherence to divisional processes and procedures while identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that merchandise flow aligns with store needs, meeting or exceeding budgetary goals.
• AGM has oversight over multiple shifts and may need to adjust working hours for direction and guidance.
• Facility Oversight and Safety
• Assist in overseeing facility operations to ensure that all equipment and infrastructure function optimally to support business demands.
• Champion safety by creating and maintaining an organized, clean, and hazard-free workplace.
• Process Improvement
• Lead and mentor the management team in identifying and executing process improvements using Lean principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Encourage innovation and foster a culture of problem-solving to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve team satisfaction.

• Model and reinforce the company’s values, culture, and operational standards, ensuring alignment across all levels of the distribution center (DC).
• Act as a role model for professional behavior and ethical decision-making, fostering trust and accountability within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in a high-paced operational role, including but not limited to warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment center or supply chain management OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 7 years of experience in a high-paced operational role, including but not limited to warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment center or supply chain management.
• Experience owning quality and efficiency KPIs and scheduling a large workforce.
• Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional teams.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional working relationships.
• Experience managing cost performance, supply/demand forecasting and distribution execution.
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
• At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross- functional team leadership.
  
  
  
  

• Business degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years of experience working with automated systems (RF technology, WMS, conveyor and sortation).
• At least 1 year of Lean experience in a manufacturing or Logistics environment.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Access (for example: designing and creating simple queries, modifying data types, adding dates, working with required fields and/or creating labels).
