WETA in Arlington, VA is seeking an Audience Services Representative to serve as the frontline contact for members, viewers and listeners. You will handle calls and emails, resolve questions about fundraising programs, member benefits like WETA+ and PBS Passport, and help ensure a positive donor experience.
