Digital Marketing Manager

Google Ads. You know how to plan, launch, optimize, and scale. You read the data. You make the calls. You don't wait for someone else to tell you what is working. You move fast. You ship more in a week than most people ship in a month. You hold your own creative bar even when no one is watching. You understand that brand and performance are not enemies, they work together, and you know how to make that happen. We are not looking for the person who knows how to do all of this. We are looking for the person who has already done all of this at scale. You also have to fit our culture. This part is non-negotiable. Our core values are the most important piece of our brand.
