Marketing Manager

Sportsbeams Lighting is a growing sports lighting company dedicated to providing innovative lighting solutions for athletic facilities across North America. We work closely with customers, contractors, engineers, and facility owners to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Product Communications Manager to help drive our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand, and support our sales organization. POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing Sportsbeams marketing initiatives to include, but not limited to CRM management, digital presence and product marketing. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for website management, social media presence, CRM administration, brand development, and coordination of new product launches. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively communicate across departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Marketing & Website Management Manage and maintain all company websites and digital assets. Ensure product information, specifications, certifications, images, and marketing content remain current and accurate. Develop and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, digital advertising campaigns, social media presence and engagement. Monitor website performance, analytics, and lead generation metrics. Optimize website user experience and conversion rates. Develop landing pages and digital campaigns that support company growth objectives. CRM & Marketing Operations Manage and maintain HubSpot and other CRM platforms. Ensure customer and prospect data accuracy and integrity. Develop and monitor marketing and sales dashboards. Track marketing performance metrics, lead generation, and campaign ROI. Support lead nurturing and customer engagement initiatives. Brand Management & Content Development Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Create and manage brochures, product sheets, presentations, case studies, installation spotlights, and customer success stories. Coordinate photography, videography, and visual content development. Maintain organized marketing asset libraries and documentation. Product Marketing Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Sportsbeams product portfolio. Coordinate product launches and product marketing initiatives. Create and maintain product documentation and sales support materials. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure accurate product positioning and messaging. Trade Shows & Events Coordinate booth design, collateral and post-show analysis. Ensure company trade show displays and assets are maintained and operational. Participate in customer and industry association events as needed. International Coordination Support communication and alignment between international partners and company leadership. Coordinate product updates, technical information, and future product initiatives. Translate Develop sales presentations, proposal graphics, and customer-facing materials. Support lead generation and business development initiatives. Collaborate with sales team members to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. Assist with special projects that support company growth and operational objectives. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of marketing, communications, digital marketing, or product marketing experience. Experience developing and managing websites, CRM systems, and digital marketing campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience with trade shows, events, or B2B marketing is a plus. Experience working within the AEC industry is preferred. IN-OFFICE REQUIREMENTS In-office presence required 4-days per week. Travel for marketing content creation and business development events as needed. Attend the annual company summit.
