We are seeking a hands-on AI first Sr Product Manager - Tech who is passionate about building hardware products from the ground up with a strong emphasis on design quality performance and customer satisfaction. This is not a coordination role; you will be in the craft of building writing specs making prototype making architectural trade-off decisions defining AI-powered experiences shipping product alongside engineers defining and tracking metrics and results. You will lead product development and business for consumer- and/or business-facing products globally spanning hardware firmware and software.

This role is inherently cross-functional. You will work closely with hardware and software engineering design operations finance legal business development sales marketing finance and executive teams to: 1) bring products to market 2) develop and grow business opportunities and 3) enhance our existing products and features. A successful candidate will be highly analytical resourceful customer-focused and will have a proven track record of shipping products end-to-end and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced high-autonomy environment.

Key job responsibilities
-Own the definition design development and launch of products that delight customers hands-on from concept to ship
-Lead the development of product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis including AI-native and agentic AI experiences
-Define creative high-quality simple product roadmaps and make crisp prioritization decisions
-Write detailed business requirements user stories and technical specifications that engineering teams can build from directly
-Rapidly prototype solutions independently create mocks wireframes or basic functioning prototypes without waiting for engineering or design resources
-Partner deeply with software and hardware engineering teams daily participate in design reviews make trade-off calls and unblock delivery
-Manage backlog prioritization and trade-offs among customer feedback business opportunities performance and operational load
-Proactively identify and resolve strategic and technical issues that may impair the teams ability to meet goals
-Drive measurable business outcomes define success metrics track results and iterate based on data

- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
