Position Summary The Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) Clinician provides model-adherent intensive in-home clinical treatment to adolescents with substance abuse and delinquent behaviors and their families. The clinician will complete the MDFT certification process, obtain licensure, clinical and supervision hours, and gain experience in the adolescent, parent, and family clinical realm. Sign‑on Bonus: $5,000 (half paid upon hire, half paid at one year of service). Salary: $62,000. Education and Experience / Qualifications Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or Doctorate in Psychology. Credential(s) required: Licensed or license‑eligible LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist. MSW, LMSW (permit or license), or LCSW will be required to begin employment. Valid driver’s license required; safe vehicle operation based on program needs. Location Waterbury, New Haven, and New Britain. Position currently offered as a hybrid schedule with remote and in‑home sessions. Schedule Flexible full‑time schedule. Provide triage for clinical emergencies and align with identified safety plan. Collaborate with internal and external providers. Meet with families based on model expectations. Provide service in the office, remote, and/or community settings, including homes, schools, hospitals, institutions, and other community locations as defined by the program. Transport clients to appointments or linkages as appropriate. Work in a team to provide wrap‑around services to the family, both clinical and case management. Participate in on‑call rotation with teammates to support clients/families in times of crisis. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wheeler Health
