Job Role Assembly (Entry-level, $18/hr) Assemblers must be quick, organized, adaptable to change, and focused. Being a team player and having a dedication to quality are also a must. Shift & Pay 1st Shift: 6:00 am–2:00 pm, Monday–Friday 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, Monday–Friday 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm–6:00 am, Sunday–Thursday Pay Rate: $18.00–$24.00/hr $200 Monthly Attendance Bonus Shift Differential: $1.00 for working 2nd or 3rd Shift Responsibilities Assembly in our plants consists of various lines with several general steps in producing each product. Depending on the product requirement, assemblers may do all or some of the steps below.
