Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a dynamic school setting near Orange Park, FL! As an integral behavioral support provider, you’ll begin by working one-on-one with an elementary student, promoting growth and success through evidence-based practices. As the student transitions out of direct support, you’ll have the chance to assist in multiple schools within a low incidence program—making a lasting difference for diverse young learners.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current RBT licensure required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Must complete required fingerprinting—candidates with previous Florida school district clearance will need to verify status via AHCA Clearinghouse and may be eligible to expedite this process
• Comfortable transitioning from 1:1 to an itinerant role across 3–4 schools
• Strong communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral support and intervention to elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support individualized student goals
• Collect and document behavioral data; maintain detailed records in line with school protocols
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans developed by BCBA and multidisciplinary team
• Maintain flexibility as your role evolves from supporting a single student to several school sites
• Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth for RBTs

Enjoy a full-time, contract role with a schedule of 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 7 hours daily) on-site with a supportive educational team. The contract begins August 10, 2026, and extends through May 28, 2027—providing a school-year opportunity to positively impact many lives.
