Job Description As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will craft outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in a friendly, fast‑paced environment. Your responsibilities include making drinks according to established standards, creating a great bar experience, and supporting servers to deliver the best beverage service. Daily Pay not available in California. Physical Standards Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four hours. Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Clear speech and attentive listening to employees and dining room staff. Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout the shift.
