Job Description
The Plant Manager will oversee operations at a single industrial manufacturing facility, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for leading production teams to achieve high efficiency, quality, and safety standards. A key focus is driving continuous improvement initiatives through effective resource allocation, compliance monitoring, and ensuring optimal performance of plant machinery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production activities to meet operational targets
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards
- Lead and develop production teams for peak performance
- Implement and enforce comprehensive safety protocols
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Train staff, run shift huddles, and mentor team leads on problem-solving
- Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance and internal standards
- Coordinate regular equipment maintenance to maximize uptime
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Lean Manufacturing experience
