Responsibilities Include:

You start your day as a Commercial Specialist Tech I geared up and ready, reviewing the service schedule, stocking your clean, professional vehicle, and heading out to assess commercial roofs; on site, you perform repair and maintenance work to Kanga standards, document findings, and resolve leak issues with precision; throughout the day, you maintain your uniform and vehicle in a clean, professional manner, ensure every interaction reflects our values, and lead, manage, and train new technicians as needed; you wrap up by attending meetings and training sessions, sharing insights, and preparing for the next day's success.
