Care Team Coordinator (On-site)

Serve as the operational backbone of our care team — maintaining doula profiles, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every family is matched with the right doula at the right time. Cooings is a premium maternity care brand providing high-touch, evidence-based postpartum support to families across the United States. We are building a rigorous, scalable care platform grounded in operational excellence, training quality, and client trust. What You Will Be Doing Doula Coordination & Scheduling Maintain up-to-date doula profiles, certifications, and availability in the internal system Coordinate doula-client matching based on language, location, and care preferences Manage shift schedules and handle last‑minute coverage adjustments Documentation & Quality Keep operational documentation current, including SOPs and onboarding checklists Support quality assurance by tracking client feedback and flagging issues to leadership Assist with doula onboarding paperwork and compliance tracking Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, healthcare admin, or coordination roles Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication in English Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and scheduling tools Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Experience in healthcare operations or care coordination Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) Familiarity with Airtable or similar no-code platforms Unlimited Paid Time Off 9 Paid Holidays H1B Sponsorship (if applicable) Food and drinks provided in office Details Location On‑site, Irvine CA #J-18808-Ljbffr Cooings
