Journeyman HVAC TechnicianTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in or around Pierce County, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $44-$48/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a HVAC Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Install and service HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, compressors, and thermostatsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydronic, and control system issuesPerform preventative maintenancePerform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and chargingRead and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematicsUse HVAC diagnostic tools and brazing equipmentFollow OSHA, LOTO, PPE, and all jobsite safety requirementsRequirements:Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experienceJourneyman-level HVAC experienceEPA Section 608 Universal CertificationStrong HVAC installation and troubleshooting skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift 50–75 lbs.Ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and in confined spacesMust be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a teamBe Safe from fraud!
