We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects from concept through completion. Commercial Construction Project Manager Project Types: Medical Office Buildings (MOBs) Retail Restaurants Interior Build-Outs Ground-Up Commercial Construction Location: Roswell, GA 30076 Compensation: $110-150k (depending on experience) What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you'll oversee every phase of construction—from scope development through project closeout—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What We're Looking For Minimum of 7 years of commercial construction experience 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager Proven success managing multiple commercial projects from start to finish Experience with projects ranging from $800K to $20M Medical Office Building (MOB) experience is a plus Strong leadership, client relationship, and communication skills Experience with construction management software (Procore preferred) Why Trident?
