2nd Shift Production Worker
Location: Coshocton, OH
Position: 2nd Shift Production Worker

Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a Production Worker for a manufacturing company in Coshocton. This position offers flexibility with scheduling, as long as the employee is available to provide coverage between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Possible schedules include:
12:00 PM10:30 PM
2:00 PM12:30 AM
9:00 AM7:30 PM

As a Production Worker, you will play an important role in ensuring quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently.

Duties include:
-Perform quality inspections on finished products.
-Conduct sand analysis and other basic laboratory testing.
-Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
-Sort acceptable castings into designated containers while separating scrap material.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
-Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
-Operate a forklift when required. Company certification is provided.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED required.
-Basic math skills required.
-Ability to walk approximately 68 miles during a 10-hour shift.
-Ability to lift up to 5075 pounds.
-Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
-Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Forklift Requirements:
Forklift experience is a plus, but forklift experience is not required.

If you have previous forklift experience:
-Must possess a valid driver's license.
-No more than 2 points on your driving record.
-No DUI convictions within the past 7 years.
-Company-provided forklift certification is required before operating equipment.
-If you do not have forklift experience, forklift training will be provided and previous forklift experience is not required.

Level 2 position
