Aerotek Now Hiring: Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift

• Assemble units according to drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Read and follow assembly drawings and instructions
• Use hand and pneumatic tools such as impact guns, pliers, and wrenches
• Perform frame and casing assembly
• Complete A-Coil assembly and wiring routes
• Perform sub-assembly mating and final assembly tasks
• Identify and report defective or incorrect parts
• Record completed work and production processes
• Move between multiple workstations throughout the shift

2nd Shift Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

⚠️ Fridays and Saturdays are currently mandatory overtime on the same shift schedule.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a large plant environment . Final assembly takes place outdoors on the dock where large units are staged for cranes and truck loading.

☀️ This is an outdoor position and employees should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

You'll spend your day moving, standing, assembling, and working as part of a team to deliver a quality finished product.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
