As a Night Shift Caregiver, you're the steady, reassuring presence our residents count on.

• Assist residents with evening and overnight care
• Help with bedtime routines and ensure comfort through the night
• Respond to call lights with kindness and attentiveness
• Keep a watchful eye—safety is everything after hours
• Support early morning routines to start the day right
• Work alongside a close-knit team that has each other's backs

Why Night Shift Hits Different

• 3–4 shifts per week (12-hour shifts = more days off)
