Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience or strong interest in serving elementary-aged students
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in an engaging, school-based setting
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
• Implement effective intervention strategies tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation per state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
• Offer training and support to staff and families regarding speech/language development

Position Details:

• Direct hire (permanent) role
• Full-time schedule—35 hours per week
• Elementary caseload, supporting students’ communication development throughout the school year
• Start date aligned with the 26/27 academic calendar
