AI Adoption Leader

Job Description Coach Product, Agile, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and UX teams on AI-assisted ways of working. Develop and execute the AI-DLC change management, communications, and adoption strategy. Build awareness through leadership briefings, town halls, success stories, and learning campaigns. Establish AI Champions and Communities of Practice across business and technology teams. Measure adoption, behavioral changes, and AI-DLC maturity across product organization. Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and delivery teams. Produce executive dashboards highlighting adoption, productivity, quality, and business value outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline 10+ years in Product Delivery, Agile Transformation, Change Management, or Digital Transformation leadership Experience in leading organizational transformation programs Experience driving adoption of AI, Agile, DevOps, or productivity platforms Strong stakeholder management experience Preferred: Prosci, SAFe SPC, Agile Coaching, or Change Management certification Preferred: Experience within Financial Services or highly regulated industries Preferred: Exposure to AI transformation initiatives Technical & Soft Skills AI-assisted SDLC / DLC concepts Adoption measurement frameworks and KPI design Executive dashboarding and reporting Collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, Power BI) AI governance and responsible AI principles Data analysis and business value measurement Executive communication and storytelling, Stakeholder management Influence without authority, Strategic thinking Leadership coaching, Change advocacy and organizational alignment Facilitation and public speaking, Conflict resolution and negotiation Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) #J-18808-Ljbffr Programmers.io
