Location: Riviera Beach, FL

Shedule: 4:30 am untill the production is finished

Pay rate: $18 an hour

Core Responsibilities

Machine Setup and Operation: Operators prepare machines for production by adjusting settings such as speed, temperature, and cycle times. They ensure machines are stocked with necessary materials and run the first pieces to confirm quality before full production begins.
Monitoring and Adjustments: During production, operators continually monitor machine performance, checking for irregularities, quality defects, or mechanical issues. They make minor adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and optimal output.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Operators perform routine maintenance, such as greasing, checking oil levels, and cleaning equipment. They troubleshoot mechanical problems and coordinate with maintenance technicians for repairs to minimize downtime.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished products is a key duty. Operators ensure that output meets specifications, catching defects early to prevent waste and maintain production standards. Documentation and Reporting: Operators maintain accurate records of production counts, machine status, material usage, and any issues encountered. This documentation supports operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Safety Compliance: Following strict safety protocols is essential. Operators ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety rules, using protective equipment, and reporting hazards.

Additional Duties

• Assisting with machine changeovers, including swapping molds, dies, or fixtures.
• Collaborating with other team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Lifting materials and standing for extended periods, often up to 50 lbs.
• Performing calculations for measurements, rates, and percentages to maintain production accuracy.

Skills and Attributes

A competent manufacturing machine operator should have technical proficiency, a keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to interpret instructions from manuals, diagrams, or schedules. Physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety standards are also critical for success in this role.
