This role focuses on outbound prospecting, building relationships, closing new business, and growing existing accounts within an assigned territory. What You Can Earn $42,250 base salary + uncapped commission Typical first-year earnings of $60,000-$65,000 Established representatives earn $85,000+ Top performers can earn $100,000+ Up to $5,000 Fast Track Bonus for achieving new-hire sales milestones Annual employee bonus opportunity of up to $1,500 What You'll Do Sell print and digital advertising to small and medium-sized businesses Generate new business through high-volume outbound calling and prospecting Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce Manage the sales process from prospecting through closeGrow existing customer accounts Organize and manage your assigned territory independently Use company-provided technology, training and resources to achieve sales goals Travel approximately 30% overnight, depending on your territory What We're Looking For Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume sales Motivated by goals and uncapped earning potential Persistent and comfortable hearing “no” Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline independently Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results Sales experience in business development, advertising, media, marketing or another high-volume sales environment preferred Why LPi?
