What You Bring to the Team 3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits administration or a related field. Active Life & Health (L&H) Insurance license/designation required. Experience with BenefitPoint or similar software is a big plus. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
