Join Our Team as an Apprentice Electrician!
Position Overview:
We're seeking an apprentice electrician to install, repair, and maintain a wide range of electrical systems, including panels, lighting, motor controls, and conveyor systems, specifically in Oil & Gas settings. If you thrive on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with complex systems, this role is for you!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Complete hands-on projects on job sites, as well as in the panel shop under the supervision of a journeyman electrician.
- Assist a journeyman electrician and follow instructions.
- Prepare and clean work areas.
- Carry and deliver materials.
- Install, repair, and maintain various electrical wiring systems and equipment.
- Use measuring equipment and hand tools to perform conduit work.
- Follow safety codes and building regulations.
What You Bring to the Team:
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- 1+years of apprenticeship experience in an industrial setting.
- Completion of electrician training program preferred.
- Able to diagnose problems using electronic test equipment.
- Knowledge of NEC electrical codes.
- Eagerness to learn electrical schematics and blueprint reading skills.
- Valid Divers License.
