Grady Health System is launching an RN Residency Program for new graduate nurses who want to translate education into confident clinical practice. The one-year residency is conducted in partnership with Vizient and follows AACN curriculum standards, offering extended orientation with a preceptor, monthly classes, and dedicated program support.
