As a Manager in Logistics and Fulfillment, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization’s logistics functions, from the inception of product origin to the endpoint of consumption. Your innovative approach to process design and refinement will ensure that our customer requirements are met with excellence. You will lead multi‑faceted projects with a focus on quality and effective risk management, driving continuous improvement through research, analysis, and benchmarking against industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Evaluation, design, customization, and optimization of Digital and Cloud based solutions. Collaborate with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and bring client’s digital vision to life. Exhibit leadership in managing complex technical initiatives, holding accountability for team performance and results. Guide others with expertise, interpreting issues, and recommending high‑quality solutions. Ensure personal time is billable to external clients. Lead the successful delivery of workstreams, oversee progress and completion of project deliverables. Engage in client‑required travel and maintain constant client engagement in active participatory roles. Head workstreams from planning to execution and closing, identify potential opportunities for additional services, and respond to Requests for Proposals. Leading team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, and thought leadership to differentiate EY in the Digital and Emerging Technology Consulting market. Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of key technologies and business platforms. Collaborating with client technology professionals and third‑party strategic alliances. Developing long‑term relationships and networks internally and externally. Effective communication with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives. Formulating solutions to intricate problems. Influencing the establishment of new policies or procedures. Providing direction and feedback to subordinates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Typically, no less than 4‑6 years of relevant experience in emerging technologies related to logistics and fulfillment strategies. Experience delivering projects in Supply Chain Management and Warehousing domain. Lead and responsible for Blue Yonder WMS modules with deep functional/domain expertise and hands‑on experience in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentation. Knowledge of integration between BLUE YONDER WMS and other supply chain systems such as TMS or LMS. Knowledge of PDC (Platform Data Cloud) within BY WMS and other product ecosystem. Led and managed minimum 2‑3 full lifecycle WMS implementations in large and complex environments. Ability to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, manage projects, resources and deliverables. Lead and participate in gathering business requirements, analyzing and transforming to application requirements, performing fit‑gap analysis, leading functional design approval process, strong interaction with development team to test and deliver the solution, assisting customer during UAT, preparing and reviewing documentation. Preferred experience with onsite & offshore delivery model. Subject matter expertise in Warehousing areas: Order Management, Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Management, Appointments, Intelligent Fulfillment, Warehouse Controls, Labor Standards. Knowledge of leading Warehousing solutions such as SAP‑EWM, Manhattan is a plus. Experience in systems / data integration. Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel; valid driver’s license required. Preferred Extras Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred. Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred. Knowledge of leading Digital Warehousing Technologies such as Augmented Reality, Robotics, RPA, AI. Advanced knowledge in logistics software or transport management systems. Experience leading cross‑functional teams. Proven track record of implementing successful logistics strategies. What We Offer Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance‑based rewards. Base salary range $128,400 to $235,300 across US; ranges for NYC Metro, Washington State, California exclusions provided. Hybrid model: majority of external role work together in person 40‑60% of time across engagement or year.
